Welcome to 4th Grade!
We are so excited to have you join us for the 2026–2027 school year. Fourth grade is a year filled with new opportunities, greater independence, and exciting challenges as students continue to grow academically and personally. We look forward to building strong relationships, creating lasting memories, and helping every student reach their full potential.
Before school begins, don't forget to participate in our Summer Slide Challenge! Reading, practicing math, and completing the summer activities are great ways to keep your mind active and start the school year with confidence.
We can't wait to meet our newest Fourth Grade Manatees at Meet the Teacher on Friday, August 7th. This is a wonderful opportunity to visit the classroom, meet your teacher, and bring in school supplies. Then we'll kick off an amazing school year on the First Day of School, Monday, August 10th!
Tips for a Successful School Year
- Breakfast and morning supervision begin at 7:15 a.m.
- Morning Mile begins at 7:30 a.m.
- Classrooms open at 8:00 a.m. Arriving by 8:00 helps students settle in and be ready to learn.
- Students arriving after 8:15 a.m. must check in through the front office for a tardy pass.
- Dismissal is at 2:15 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 1:00 p.m. every Wednesday.
- Please send a refillable water bottle with a secure lid each day.
- Students may bring a small, healthy snack to enjoy during the school day.
- Check your child's planner and homework folder each evening to stay informed about assignments and important reminders.
- Classroom temperatures can vary, so students may wish to keep a lightweight jacket or long-sleeved shirt in their backpack.
We are looking forward to an incredible year of learning, growing, and celebrating successes together. Be sure to visit this page throughout the year for classroom updates, important announcements, and helpful resources.
