Mrs. Maynards's Message

Thank you to all the families who joined us for the Halloween Parade this morning. It was a great time for the students to show off their costumes.

Thank you to all the families that have signed up to help at the Micanopy Fall Festival this weekend! It’s going to be a great weekend at the festival!

This week we celebrated the students who had perfect attendance, straight E’s, A/B honor roll and Straight A honor roll for Quarter 1. Students are bringing home their certificates. They earned extra House Points for their accomplishment.

Daylight Savings time goes into effect this weekend. Don’t forget to set your clocks back on Sunday night at midnight. This is a great opportunity to get to school a little earlier.

Arriving early for morning school (7:15-8:00) offers great opportunities for your students to get ahead- Morning Mile, Book Clubs, opportunities to work on Reflex or iReady goals.

Be sure to put your child’s name on their jackets or sweatshirts. Many times, they are removed and left around campus.

Our next Monthly Masters is scheduled for November 19.

11/11- No School to Honor Veterans Day.
11/21- Founder’s Day Family Event. Student performance 10:00- 10:45, Feast 10:45- 12:00. EARLY RELEASE @1:00.
